Classic lashes are 1 extension (usually at a thickness of 0.12-0.15) applied to 1 of your natural lashes, achieving a natural fullness. Russian Volume lashes are anywhere between 3-8 extensions (usually at a thickness of 0.05) applied in a fan, to 1 of your natural lashes. As the thickness of the extensions decrease in weight, we are able to apply more to 1 natural lash without causing damage.
Unfortunately not. Eyelash extensions are semi permanent and need regular infills in order to keep them looking full and fresh.
Eyelash extensions last anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks depending on how you take care of them. It is important to follow proper aftercare to ensure the maximum life out of your extensions. Everyone's natural lashes shed at their own pace and on average, we lose around 5-10 natural lashes, per eye, per week. Most people get infills every 2-4 weeks.
No, at Lash Culture we ensure that our lashes are applied using the correct technique. We take into account the natural condition of your lashes (health, length, fullness etc) and work with what your natural lash can support. It is important to care for your lashes correctly in order to ensure no damage occurs. DO NOT pull at the lashes or rub your eyes.
What is the difference between Russian Volume & Classic?
Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?
What type of lashes do you use?
We use the highest quality of synthetic silk lashes. They are pure black, and have a matte look to them to ensure they look natural
How do I clean my lashes?
The best way to clean your lashes would be an oil-free cleanser. Gently cleanse your eyelids and in in the shower splash water over the eyes. Avoid direct pressure from the shower head as this can cause damage. You can purchase a cleanser in salon at your next appointment.
